Patio & Garden Seasonal Campaign for Target

How might Target differentiate themselves in the dominated outdoor space, appeal to a younger demo and first time patio shopper and capitalize on the length and variety of the season? Led a multi-disciplinary team to tackle this significant initiative that included first-time innovations in display and merchandising tactics and design, redesign of 200+ package sku's and took 100's of patio and lifestyle photos. QR codes aided shoppers in viewing additional online assortment and easier ordering on mobile.
