For over two decades, I’ve led creative, brand, and product teams across global organizations, high-growth startups, and education leaders—building ideas, systems, and cultures that blend strategic clarity with true creative craft.

I’ve had the privilege of leading multidisciplinary teams at Target’s Brand Studio, Udemy, and Lakeshore Learning, directing creative across digital, video, print, packaging, environments, and experiences. Along the way, I’ve collaborated with industry-leading designers and agencies and directed projects for studios like Twentieth Century Fox, Disney, and DreamWorks—experiences that have shaped my ability to deliver impactful, story-driven work across mediums.

My foundation is hands-on: I’m every bit as energized by shaping a story or directing the work as I am by setting vision, coaching teams, and partnering with executives. That balance of maker’s drive and leadership perspective is where I find the most meaning—and deliver the most impact.

My approach is rooted in the belief that while technology keeps changing, it’s still the uniquely human qualities—discernment, instinct, and a commitment to fostering creative environments—that set truly great teams and brands apart. Tools evolve, but they can’t replicate the feeling behind creative work or the sense of belonging that brings people together to make something meaningful.

People are the foundation of everything I do. I focus on building open, collaborative cultures where trust, empathy, and support take priority. When teams feel valued and inspired, collaboration—not ego—drives the best results. When teams operate within a circle of trust, remarkable things happen—for the work, the brand, and the people behind it.
