Intercom - A Bold New Brand for a Broader Audience

Intercom was ready for a bold new brand to reflect its evolution as a leader in customer communication. As Head of Brand, I led this transformative rebranding effort. Partnering with agency collaborator Instrument, we developed a refreshed strategy to engage and convert a broader audience. Once the brand was handed off, our in-house brand studio took over and launched an evolved website, multiple products, and digital experiences. Every touchpoint was crafted to resonate with customers. The result was a cohesive, impactful brand that drove growth and reinforced Intercom’s market leadership.
