
Lakeshore Learning - a 70 yr old brand in start-up mode
Lakeshore Learning has spent decades helping students experience the joy of learning with innovative educational materials, toys, and furniture. With 60 stores and a strong e-commerce platform, the brand is beloved by teachers, parents, and school administrators alike. To meet the needs of a rapidly evolving audience, Lakeshore began reimagining its brand and customer experience.
At the heart of this transformation is a new brand story and visual identity, brought to life through initiatives like a distinct online experience tailored to furniture buyers, the company’s first-ever parent acquisition campaign, and the launch of a mobile app and loyalty program. The in-house creative agency I co-lead drives these efforts across design, photography, video, and experiential storytelling. From refreshing trade show experiences for educators and architects to producing compelling digital and social content, every touchpoint aims to inspire and keep Lakeshore a trusted learning solutions and furniture brand.
